I have questions about my order. Who can I contact?

When will my order ship?

All items in the store are produced on demand, we don’t keep any branded items in inventory. This means that we need to allow for production time before items are available to ship. Standard production time for each item is noted on the item detail page.

 

I paid for expedited shipping, where is my order?

All items are produced on demand, so we need to allow time for production before the goods are ready to ship. Once production is complete, your order will ship using the ship method selected at checkout.

 

I need my order in time for an event, how do I know if it will make it in time?

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please include that info in the notes section at checkout. When we know that your order needs to meet a specific delivery date, we make every effort to ensure that it will arrive on time. If for some reason, the order cannot be delivered in time for your event, our team will reach out and provide you with options.

 

Only part of my order was delivered, where are the remaining items?

As orders are produced on demand, items in the store are produced at a variety of factories and apparel decoration facilities. Items ship as production is complete, so if your order includes several different items, it’s likely that your order will arrive in multiple shipments on different days.
